We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. PrimeHexPC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information. 10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@turbobolttech.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a resolution.

11. Returns and Exchanges
