At PrimeHexPC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website (www.primehexpc.com).

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

  • The item is not a non-returnable product (see Section 2 for details).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products, such as software licenses or downloads.

  • Custom-built PCs or components.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

4.1 Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

4.2 Shipping Labels

For eligible returns, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. If applicable, this will be communicated during the return request process.

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.

5.2 Deductions

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain returns, particularly for opened or non-defective items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
